1. the 'parking lot' for $15 a night was right in the front of the hotel, about 12 spots total, which was not a problem because I think there was one other person in the entire hotel.

2. nothing special for that price , rooms need to be updated , there is a serious problem with plumbing , there is no ac controlin room so you may freeze to the bone, south beach is in walking distance , there are tv's remembering the 80's.

3. I guess some rooms must be better than others, and I think we must have got a good one; we had an iron, a hairdryer, fridge/freezer, TV etc, and we didn't have much problem with noise - we came for the WMC and it was Spring Break as well so there were quite a few college kids, but we had no trouble, and hey, it's MIAMI - party central.

4. The room was facing Collins Ave and it was nice and clean, the only problem I had was that the A/C was weak, I sweated at night.
