1. We managed to cope with this issue by sleeping with the air con on all night and this drained out the noise of 'noisy neighbours'.

2. Others have probably commented on noise issues - what do you expect? It's SoBe, the majority of people are young and there to party, so won't be coming home early and will be making a lot of noise when they finally do make it back.
