2. The service in the hotel was lacking tremendously, most employees had a hard time speaking in English, and maybe this is why the were so overtly rude because of their frustrating ways to communicate.

3. The town of Key Biscayne is hard to reach from the hotel (on foot anyway), and doesn't offer much in the way of restaurants or bars.

4. A few little slips, like no wake-up call, and difficulty reaching staff by phone, but hardly worth mentioning compared to the pleasant and efficient service, wonderful food, gorgeous surroundings--everything you expect from the R-C.
