1. the only 2 problems were that the front desk people r not 2 friendly in fact on day we arrive @ 12am n there was no body in the valet prking when we ask where was the guy they told us if u dont see him just park it your self instead of the guy him actually look for him after all u pay $27 dollars for it.

2. Only problem was, even with the do not disturb sign was up, the room service cleaning person came into the room in the morning.

3. It is a problem for me, because I didn't feel comfortable walking around the area looking for a place to eat and all the guys were checking me out.

6. Because of my late arrival due to the Chicago weather they didn't have a room at the rate that I had booked and was upgraded to one of their loft suites without any problem.
