1. The grounds were non maintained, our room was musty and moldy smelling, killed a few cochroaches during our five day stay, had to call 4 out of 5 days for towels and washclothes, no internet access for 4 days after calling the service desk everyday, and the staff was very short and considerably rude when asking for basic service.
