1. While the hotel was in a great location, comfortable, and had a great breakfast, only one of several desk clerks we encountered was actually helpful (good area advice, directions, addressing problems).

2. The only reason I marked it down a bit on condition/maintenance was that they were replacing one of the elevators, and the other elevator was having problems.
