1. Overall great time, we had a garden view, a little walk to the beach and you do have to cross a street, but not a problem for the savings.

3. We had a problem at one of the restaurants ( the food is mediocre at best, the neighborhood restaurants are far better) and one of the managers, was very aggressive with us for no reason at all.

4. The only problem we had was the refrigerator went out, and the cable TV system wasn't working right for a while, but both were promptly taken care of.
