1. The carpet was dirty and worn, one of the chairs in our room had a broken arm, and the bathtubs were not very clean.

2. To top this all off, the pool was cold (not to mention dirty and in need of a good skimming) and the hot tub was broken.

3. The private entrance to the pool was supposed to be locked from the bar/beach so that only hotel guests could swim in the pool but this locked door was broken and was propped open by maintenance which gave anyone access to the area.

4. My daughter came down and her eyes were watering and she had broken out in hives from the strong allergic reaction she had from the odor in the room.
