1. Negatives: stale smoke odor (which is strange for a non-smoking hotel), the bed was hard as a rock with little give to it, the pillows were too small, and there were only a few sheets on the bed.

2. Once inside the smell was not overpowering but I discovered that all my clothing (worn or unworn) smelled of stale smoke on my return home and everything needed washing to get rid of the smell.

3. My only complaint would be that having requested a non smoking room, every time we opened the door the room smelled of stale smoke.

4. My room (311) certainly was not, with a beer cap on the floor in the bathroom and a broken cigarette in the desk drawer (the entire hotel is supposed to be non smoking but my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke).
