1. We had an issue with a nearby room making a lot of noise while we were trying to go to sleep and the staff quickly handled the issue that night, then upgraded us to a balcony room and moved our luggage to the new room while we were out site seeing the following day.

2. If you are sensitive to noise- DO NOT book an 8th floor room (top floor) as the air conditioning units for the entire hotel are located on the roof, which when in the room sounds like an 747 airplane idling on the runway.

3. When we ended the night, my family followed us back to my room to collect there personal belongings and to my dismay, we had a manager or some sort of security telling us that we had made too much noise and that we needed to keep it down - as well as ask our family to leave the room immediately.
