3. The problem was at the small bar food area poolside which is subbed out to an owner who runs it directly reflecting the hotel.

4. The only problem I have with this hotel is that they allow the locals from the area to use the pool, etc, free while I am paying customer, when they take up the chairs at the pool the paying customer does not have a chair.

5. There was a problem with the lock on our room door so it took a few trips to the front desk to get someone out to look at it, but besides that there were no problems.
