1. The question becomes what kind of traveler are you, and where along this spectrum does this hotel fall? For us, it was closer to the rock-bottom price side of things, with way too many corners cut for our taste.

2. Either people that are used to full-feature, modern hotels (not a resort, but everything is basically new-ish, clean, corners aren't cut, etc) that want to save some money or people that usually stay in rock-bottom prices (almost hostels) who are fine with whatever sacrifices are made to get to that price.

3. The only problem was that there is no nice beach next to the hotel just a bunch of rocks so swimming can be hard.
