1. I found the manager to be quite rude and his response to my complaints was that he had investigated but that the person who had cleaned my room had been with them for several years and he just couldnt see her doing that.

4. My only complaint was that there was a crush at the breakfast bar, not enough chairs and tables to sit at, and the staff was a bit slow at replacing items which ran out.
