1. She had pulled one of the big rubber mats by the pol over and had it wadded up in the pool door to block it open (pool also requires a room key) They had broken the hot tub/jacuzzi, and the staff had put a cover over it.

2. I only have one negative thing to say regarding this hotel and it is that the security gate that allows for only guests of the hotel to enter and exit the parking lot was broken and it allowed for anyone to enter and exit the property at any time.

3. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi - the pool was too cold for us, but we did enjoy the jacuzzi, also the fitness room, but some of the equipment was broken.
