Lack of hot water, lack of TV channels, pay for parking, no guarantee that your reservation will actually get you a room (you may get bumped by a platinum member who wants to stay at the last minute), lack of breakfast unless you have status, and poor breakfast for those who do have status are just a few of the problems.
