1. The cars that came to pick us up were horriable they were dirty, smelled and they same as though they could brake and the service enginee light was on but they tried to cover it with some type.

3. Requested a non smoking room, the room was extremely small, with old smoke smell, the room was barely large enough for a king bed, chair, dresser, and TV.
