2. I had a few minimal complaints: loose outlets (but we found a power strip that worked fine), could hear footsteps from room above (but never heard more than footsteps), bed was very close to the door which bothered me a little but not that bad.

3. The hotel set up a taxi to take my back to the airport-- too bad their shuttle wouldn't do that, but convenient enough.
