1. The lobby was plastic’ed off, all first floor rooms were torn apart, the popcorn ceilings were being scraped off, the carpet was ripped up and it was just a mess and it got everywhere whether you avoided the entire first floor or not - I ended up with a suitcase full of drywall dust, and the smell was unbearable.
