1. The heater kicked in every about 5 minutes, very noisy and no warm air was coming in (in December), so I turned it off.

2. We had disipointing service, one day the coffee machine was not cleaned, two seperate days house keeping only left one wash cloth, the fan on the heater would only run on high speed, was very noisy, made it hard to sleep, not a very comfortable stay.
