1. The only 'complaint' I can think of is the pillows are those super fluffy ones that you can't quite get comfortable on.

5. Another "complaint" is that while the hotel did offer a shuttle to and from the airport, there was no shuttle running to the Cowboys game, which is the reason we went to Dallas.
