2. Only thing i can kind-of complain about, the cleaners pretty much break down the door as of 9am to clean the room, so remember to place the 'do not disturb' sign if you dont want early morning interruptions.

3. I called 4 times to complain to the desk and they went out and asked them to be quiet, but it only was quiet for about 2 or 3 minutes until they resumed thier loud behavior.
