1. The hotel staff was very friendly but when the shower broke in the night and could not be turned off there was no one available in maintenance to fix the problem so the hot water ran for hours.

4. I was told that there wasn't anyone available to look at the problem so my family showered and used the bathroom in the dark.

We had a problem from the moment we checked in the man at the reservation desk had no idea how to check people in and when we finally did get into our room it was occupied by someone else then we were given a smoking room then it was a king size bed room by the time we gotinto our room we were very frustrated and the rest of my family also had problems with their rooms.
