3. Location from business sight, some confusion at check in- room they gave me was already occupied, they quickly solved the problem.

4. We even had a problem with my son taking our car keys and the hotel kindly allowed us a late checkout and shuttle ride to the mall while we waited for him to get out of school.

6. The hotel was great, the only problem I have with them and many other hotels, is that they charge for local phone calls, which I find stupid.
