2. WHEN I CHECKED OUT AND HAD ARRIVED BACK TO MY HOUSE, I CALL THE HOTEL TO REMIND THE DESK CLERK NOT TO FORGET THAT SOME NEEDS TO SPRAY IN ROOM 115, BUT I DOUBT IF ANYTHING WAS DONE ABOUT MY COMPLAINT.

3. COMPLAINTED TO THE DESK CLERK ADVICE ME THAT THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE FROM MAINTANCE TO SPRAY, THIS NEVER HAPPEN.
