They seemed unconcerned to assist me with this issue, and placed me on hold while they "looked up information" for nearly ten minutes, only to come back and give me absolutely no new information or aid--apparently, they just wanted to place me on hold to perhaps get me off the phone? I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who may have complicated business traveler needs, nor anyone who prefers a hotel which at least may give them some modicum of aid or attempt to contact Expedia to make verifications on reservations (as they should do, as I have been told by Expedia's customer service) if there are any problems.
