2. Staff were helpful and eventually had very nice room - however there was a disturbance outside my room and at midnight had to request to move off the first floor as I felt very unsafe and hotel were slow to respond to request for help as there was only one person on the desk.

5. House keeping came alittle early the morning we were checking out, be sure if you do not want housekeeping before 9:00am you put out your "do not disturb" sign.
