1. Worst hotel ever - staff was rude and abusive, no elevator, accommodations terrible, filthy, no towels in room, no air, furniture horrible, had to change sheets on bed-slept in and not changed, plumbing backed up, shuttle late, staff refused to drop us at departure gate, staff was slow and ignorant.
