1. At check in had to wait behind 3 people who had complaints of their own, stains on sheets, room not cleaned.

2. The bathroom vanity must have been broken because they just put a board across the face, put some cheap trim on it and stained it.

6. While some updating had been done to the fixtures and countertop, the grout in the bathroom tiles was badly stained with mildew, making it seem unclean and the cabinetry looked like it had been through years of abuse.
