4. The room was ok, but the temperature control knobs were broken, bathroom door didn't lock properly, hotel did not have a swimming pool which is surprising since it’s a Sheraton.

5. When arriving in the room, my eyes were drawn immediately to the worn carpeting, broken tiles in the bathroom, stains in the tub, the broken TV, armorer, and the extremely filthy windows.
