1. I really don't have a problem with this, but it should be disclosed up front and made clear that there might be guests who would have to stay at other facilities or in sub-standard rooms (two female guests were given a handicap room with a small (about 1' wide) closet that was lower for handicap person.

2. There were some problems checking in, and while we were here, and the staff didi everything they could to solve the problems and when they couldn't were quick to comp or otherwise make restitution for the problems.

3. The hotel has a bird problem that caused us to have to wash our vehicles.

7. Ethernet worked perfectly however we did have a problem with our voicemail that was never fixed.

8. I called the front desk and they sent us maintenance who said that they couldn't fix the problem and they were waiting to hear back from the phone company.

9. This wasn't a problem for me, but it may be an issue if you're a light sleeper looking to sleep in on a weekend.

10. I guess if your company is picking up the tab it does not matter, but is that not the problem that caused our economy to collapse.
