1. I used the shuttle for the first time and I'm not sure about others who had complaints, but the shuttle was on time for me.

7. My husband especially liked the nice tv :) My only complaints with the room are that the wet bar sink was dirty and the window unit heat/ac made it difficult to keep the room temp regulated.
