1. The sleep number beds, while appearing like a bonus, made sleep difficult for my travelling companion and others on our hotel shuttle also commented on their dislike of those beds.

2. The a/c was difficult to control- there didn't seem to be much difference between 68 and 78 degrees- so our room felt very cold and still damp despite the runaway a/c.
