3. unfortunately for us they did not inform us they were doing this and as we paid on a debit card we lost access to that $100 while we were there and the reversal did not occur until we were back in Australia so were left with $100 of american money we could not use.

5. There was an unfortunate incident on the last night with a fire alarm that went off at 330 am and I had to walk down 31 flights of stairs with my 66 year old mother but fortunately it turned out to be a false alarm.

8. unfortunately (actually fortunately for us) the "timeshare's" air conditioning was out and we had to scramble to see if we could stay for another seven days at the Beach Tower.
