1. The only real hassle was when we went to pay for the parking (we were gone longer than 10 days so you pay the difference when you leave).

2. We check in, have a nap and a shower, then go downstairs for a drink and a nice meal, all of which help to wash away the effects of a 9 or 10 hour flight and the associated hassles.

3. I dont need the hassle from a hotel like this and the fact that the MOD would not even come to the phone gets under my skin in the worst way and if you travel alot for business you know exactly what i mean.
