4. Our hot water ran out one morning, and we were greeted with a very obvious 'not my problem' attitude when we inquired at the front desk.

7. The accommodations themselves were pretty standard, no problems - but the breakfast seemed subpar, same problems others have noted -- when the hotel is full, there isn't enough staff, trays, coffee, silverware, etc.

8. When I called the property to correct it, the front desk staff only said, 'Hello' and as soon as I explained the problem, he just punched transfer to the Hilton reservation line.
