9. The only issue I had was with the air conditioner in my room would not stay cool even after engineering changed the filter.

10. The only issue we had (but was quickly cleared up) was that they billed some items to our room from the mini-bar, but we had not taken anything from the mini-bar, so just double check your bill, but they were extremely friendly about getting it corrected.
