1. I'm not one to focus on one issue, but the bathroom (shower and toilet areas) was so tiny - it absolutely kills the experience.

7. Rooms are on the smaller side, but not nearly as tiny as NYC Times Square or SFO, and sound/noise is well controlled given that Ws tend to be noisier than Westins, etc.
