4. Holes in walls, furniture, toilet paper kept falling off wall, dusty room, broken pull out sofabed, odd smell that made throat burn the whole night, the worst mattress I have ever slept upon with the scratchiest sheets and lumpiest pillows.

5. Floor tiles in entry and bath were broken, grout missing, caulking around whirlpool tub loose and moldy, plaster in bath chipped, knobs on the cabinets missing, TV remote didn't work, bed loose and squeaked and woke us up every time we turned over.
