We got lost trying tofollow directions from front desk clerk, who gave us the
wrong
info, and walked in to over-hear our 'non-refundable rate' being given to some folks who had just walk-in with no reservation.
"I don't think this hotel deserves to be rated #1 on Trip Advisor... "
