1. I just wished that we weren't on the ground level floor, and that we had a patio (like some of the other rooms did), and also I thought it was a little unfair that the most expensive suite did not have the newer flat screen tvs that some other suites did.

3. First, there was no balcony or patio whatsoever even though it was the most expensive room that the hotel offers - Second the TVs were out of date.
