1. (I will review Cheap Tickets in a separate one)The staff at the hotel were very accomodating and attended to the maintenance issues quickly, I believe that they had their hands full.

2. There were many maintenance issues reported as I stood at the front desk on hold with Cheap Tickets for 1/2 an hour and then for another 1/2 hour once I finallly got a person.

3. The room was dirty, the airconditioner did not work, lighitng issues with flickering to the point that our son had a seizure, the room was loud, the bedding and chairs were the most uncomfortable we have had ever, our daughter whom we were visiting would not even stay with us and she was the one who recommended this hotel after viewing it on line.
