2. What was formerly a very comfortable spot to land while visiting family in Northwest Phoenix, the hotel now attracts very loud guests partying all night, which kept me up for two nights of my three night stay (forcing me to move rooms).

3. The only negative: The AC unit was VERY loud and did not run efficiently--the room was either very warm when it was off, and then would get too cold while the unit was running.
