1. The AC was out of control, there were no plugs anywhere close to the desk, the whole suite was a joke (really just a normal room divided into a 1-bedroom layout, and as cramped as that sounds), the hotel bar/restaurant wildly overpriced, and breakfast extremely bland.

3. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable, but the check-in clerk was cold and unfriendly, the none of the staff would smile, the restaurant service was terrible (and the food was tasteless and overpriced.
