However, the fire alarm went off three times during the middle of the night due to a malfunction and we did not receive much of an explanation, apology, or compensation for a very

night of sleep from the hotel management.

The staff were friendly and helpful and when we checked in the
poor
check in girl had phones ringing and a long queue to deal with but she kept calm and friendly throughout.
