2. On the 2nd request to have someone come to their room to quiet them, they did and the guests called me horrible, degrading female names through the walls.

The hotel was horribly dirty, our room smelled like a dead rat, our electricity went out for a while (we were told b/c a maid shoved her cart into the closet and hit the circuit breaker), our toilet didn't flush (and as a runner with my own set of GI problems, that is not acceptable), and we don't think we had clean linen on our bed (there was hair on our sheets and the bedding smelled like the dead rat).

The bedrooms had more water damage, some of the rooms we had booked were severe, missing chains on the doors, falling off baseboards, smoke detectors that hung from threads off the ceiling, horrible mildew in the bathroom shower that both my daughter and I opted to skip our shower and the mattresses were like sleeping on a worn out couch.
