There were cigarette burns on the curtain, and yellow stains on the wall, when I went to turn the heat on the knob fell off, it was horrible and the clerk at the front desk took forever to help me and had a bad attitude, people were lurking in the halls and made us feel uncomfortable so we requested a refund and we ran out of that place.

6. The room smelled nasty, pull out couch was stained and ripped and when we did pull it out- it was filled with crumbs and dirt and cheap kid toys The stairs looked like they had not been vacuumed in a week.

9. when we arrived the lobby was nice but that was the only thing we we got into our rooms there had not been clean the floor was dirty and the mattress on the bed was stained brown the sheets and bed cover was also stained.
