1. I don't see why people would rate this property very negatively, the price for their room was 50 bucks, what do you want in 50? A diamond shredded mattress? Frankly I was not upset with the stay yes room did need a bit of cleaning, and the hotel staff needs to use more air freshner to at least keep the cigarette smell down if not eliminate.
