3. 1st the positives - Free parking garage, health club accessabilityNow the negatives - The bed was like sleeping on the sidewalk, the room was nice about 5 years ago- wall paper torn in the bathroom and hallways, the ice machine did not work on our floor, for a non smoking room it sure smelled a lot like someone had been smoking in it.

4. I was appalled that any hotel -- and particularly any Sheraton -- would want to make my final impression be so negative, but maybe they figure with a hotel this shabby guests aren`t likely to return anyway.
