1. Wireless similarly was problematical, slow with a lot of drops if we pushed it too hard, others seemed to have similar problems.

2. Except for the staircase problem, I thought the property was fine, and I got it for $54 including tax through Priceline, better than a room at another suite-style hotel, Extended StayAmerica in Buffalo Grove, IL, that I had gotten for the same price about a month earlier.

4. problems were some peeling paint in the room, water temperature problems (usually very hot) and noisy other guests at 4:30 AM one night (apparently it's a great place to host a party).
