1. The bad part is some of the workers smoked and we could smell it (they covered the smoke detectors with bags that they taped up) and we heard construction all day, but it wasn't too bad.

4. Our AC was not working and then began to smell very hot and it took 3 phone calls to finally get them up to the room to fix it (at 11 o'clock at night).
